The analysed data of agents on the platform is provided in this Statistics, such as Active hours, Handled Chats, Feedback (from customers), and much more.

Also, you can Filter the Agent Statistics according to Agents (Individually), or by the Departments and with the Performance of the particular agent given by the user.

Export Report 

You can also Export the data into csv for all agents or selected as well by clicking on the "Export report" button on the top right corner of this page & you can select which data you want to export for the Agent
