Create your Acquire Account

You can sign up and get started with Acquire in a few clicks. Below you will find how to sign up and make your first payment. 

Navigate to https://acquire.io/ and click “Get Started.” Type the email address you would like to use to access Acquire.

Next, input your first and last name, phone number, and password. Please note you can also sign up with Google.

You will be then to a payment page where you can select between our Basic and Pro Plans. Here you can also select the number of user licenses you will require. If you would like to learn more about our Enterprise plans, please email elliot@acquire.io. 

Finally, click Pay with Credit Card and Continue”.You will then be taken to a confirmation page and be sent a confirmation email.

Step 3

Click the link in the confirmation email.  The very next window will be a portal to Personalize your welcome message and theme.

Next, you will be able to add and invite users to Acquire. 

After adding agents to your account, you will need to pass our code to the source code of your website.

The code listed here needs to be copied and pasted into the header tag section of your website. 

After this, if you have already data saved in your different platforms, you can integrate them as well by clicking on "Import your data." You can also connect to your social platforms if you wish.

Finally, Click on "Finished & Go to Dashboard

Step 4

After successful integration, the next step would be logging into your account here at https://app.acquire.io/ and signing in with your credentials to access our Dashboard to pick up chats and access all functionality of the platform.

Here, you are all set to use Acquire. The dashboard has the link to your personalized test page, clicking “Let’s Go” will take you there.
