OneLogin

Within Acquire you can use OneLogin accounts to authenticate users. Adding OneLogin SSO to an Acquire account can be completed in two short steps. First, create a custom app in OneLogin that points to Acquire. Second, configure Acquire to direct users to the custom app.

1. Adding a custom app in OneLogin

From the apps tab of OneLogin, click "Add App".

Search for "SAML Test Connector" and select "SAML Test Connector (IdP w/ attr w/ sign response)".

Configure the Display Name to "Acquire" then click “Save”.

Click the "Configuration" tab and set the following options:

• Audience:  https://app.acquire.io/saml/onelogin/

• ACS (Consumer) URL Validator:  ^https:\/\/app.acquire.io/\/saml\/onelogin\/{YOUR_ACCOUNT_ID}$

• ACS (Consumer) URL: 

• https://app.acquire.io/saml/onelogin/{YOUR_ACCOUNT_ID}

The URL validator is a regular expression and must include the backslashes and leading "^" and trailing "$".

Navigate to the "SSO" tab next. Acquire requires three pieces of information from this page to enable SSO – the "Issuer URL", the "Saml 2.0 Endpoint" (not the SLO Endpoint), and the contents of the X.509 Certificate.

To get the contents of the X.509 Certificate, click "View Details" then copy the entire contents of the X.509 Certificate section on the details page. The "BEGIN CERTIFICATE" and "END CERTIFICATE" lines must be included. 

2. Configuring Acquire with OneLogin settings

In Acquire, open the app store in the bottom left and click the SSO Categories. Only admins have access to these settings.

In the "SSO" section, select "OneLogin". Fill in the SSO Url fields as follows:

• SSO URL is OneLogin's SAML 2.0 Endpoint (HTTP)

• The issuer is OneLogin's Issuer URL

• x.509 Certificate is OneLogin's X.509 certificate and should start with "BEGIN CERTIFICATE" and end with "END CERTIFICATE".

Finally, confirm the SSO settings and click “Connect Now”. With that complete, Onelogin can now be used to login to Acquire.

Testing

1. Go to your OneLogin home page.

2. Find the new Application that you created.

3. Click on that application and you can then directly log in to Acquire.

OR

1. Go to https://app.acquire.io/sso.

2. Select OneLogin and enter your User ID or Email ID.

3. Click Login and you'll be redirected to a Onelogin sign inflow. You will log in with your Onelogin credentials, and then be redirected back to your Acquire dashboard.
