Export Profiles

Within Acquire you can Export Profiles in multiple formats. First, you will want to select the profiles you wish to export from the profile section. You can also use filters to narrow the profiles you want to target.

To Export Profiles, you need to navigate to Profiles and click the Export icon.

After you click the icon, a window will pop up with several options. This will include all the necessary details from the profile section of the Chat. 

You can export the Profile in  CSV, PDF or  DOC formats. Select your preferred format to export and click “Download” on the bottom of the pop-up window.

Export Conversation

The export conversation tool will help you download chat transcripts between users and visitors.

You will follow the same steps as “Export Profile.” Select the profiles you want a chat conversation from.
