Message Profile Groups

Within Acquire you can send tailored campaigns to specific groups. You can then send automated messages and monitor campaign stats. 

1. Campaign  - Campaigns help you send messages to a selected audience or group which is created with the help of the Filter option in the profile tab. 

To send any Campaign Click ”Message group” in profile.

Once you will click on the Campaign link, a new pop-up window will be displayed on the screen.

Here, select the group to send them Campaign, and Write a Title and Message to send to the specific group of visitors.

The campaign can be sent via E-mail & In-App. You can also Insert any Image, and include any files you deem necessary.

2. Automated Message - the Automated message is a triggered response. Once you click on this link, you will be directly redirected to the Create a trigger page.

3. Campaign Stats -This shows campaign analytics such as Total Sent, Opened, Clicked, Failed and the type of campaign used (In-app, Email)
