How to enable Screen-sharing?

On Windows 10/11

1. Permissions are usually automatic, but if you encounter issues:
2. Open Chrome and go to the site where you want to share your screen (e.g., Google Meet).
3. Click the lock icon next to the site’s URL in the address bar.
4. Ensure Screen sharing or Permissions are allowed.
5. If blocked, change to Allow and refresh the page.
6. Restart Chrome if necessary.

On macOS (Sonoma and newer)

1. Click the Apple menu → System Settings.
2. Go to Privacy & Security.
3. Scroll down and select Screen Recording.
4. Unlock settings with your admin password if required.
5. Find Google Chrome in the list and toggle it ON.
6. Restart Chrome for changes to take effect.
7. Test by joining a meeting and attempting to share your screen.
