Here we can track all the activity happening under the working environment of chatbot, that is how many customers were engaged by chatbot, Interactions with chat bot and also have a look at resolved issues by the Chatbot.
The graph shows the day wise number of interactions with Chatbot, the up and down lines of graph depicts the engage users, interactions, resolved issues and Active users(Color coding shown just above the graph)
At the bottom of the page we have a track of which questions were answered by the bot and which answered were unanswered.
