Email configuration and template

Email Configuration

1. From the Backend, you can click on the People Tab from the backend dashboard:

2. Navigate to the settings Icon and click on it from the drop down menu, please select the Settings and click on it:

3. Then you will be shown the following screen, please select the email configuration tab:

Here select the New Email button and fill up the data accordingly.

4. After setting up the sender name, email address and its priority as default email and status, click on save and now this email will be used as default for all email communication through Acquire.

Template Configuration

1. From the Backend, you can click on the People Tab from the backend dashboard:

2. Navigate to the settings Icon and click on it from the drop down menu, please select the Settings and click on it:

3. Then you will be shown the following screen, please select the Template configuration tab:

Here select the new template button and fill up the data accordingly.

4. Fill up the necessary details as the subject line of template, Status and type of template this is- Either in app, sms or a note. And then type in the template body and hit on save.
