There is now a way of integrating your Freshservice account with the Acquire. You will be able to create new tickets directly from Acquire.
To integrate Acquire with your Freshservice account, follow the steps below:

Install Freshservice 

In the Acquire panel, go to and click "Install" to get Freshservice.

Now enter your Freshservice admin account credentials Subdomain, Password, API Key And Ticket Subject

You can now choose to send Tickets and their conversations manually or automatically. By enabling auto-sync, all Tickets details from Acquire will automatically sync to Freshservice.

The mapping between the fields can be done manually or automatically.

After installing successfully you will see a blue tick next to the App.

Create Tickets/sync

A customer support agent can save a customer’s details during a chat. After clicking “Save to CRM,” click the Freshservice icon to send the customer details and a chat transcript to Freshservice.

Customer details will get saved automatically into your Freshservice account. You will be able to view the customer data in the Freshservice dashboard, under the Tickets section. You can view the chat transcripts under the Tickets section.
