This process of integrating your Freshservice account with the Acquire. You will be able to create new tickets directly from Acquire.
To integrate Acquire with your Freshservice account, simply follow the steps below:

Configured with Freshservice 

In the Acquire panel, go to and click on the to configured with Freshservice.
Now enter your Freshservice admin account credentials Subdomain, Password, API Key And Ticket Subject
You can now choose to send Tickets and their conversations manually or automatically.By enabling auto sync, all Tickets details from Acquire will automatically sync to Freshservice.
Mapping between the fields can be done manually or automatically. By enabling auto sync, all of your customer Tickets details will be automatically sync in Freshservice.

After connecting successfully.
Create Tickets/sync

A customer support agent can save a customer’s details during a chat. After clicking on “Save to CRM”, click the Freshservice button to send the customer details and a chat transcript to Freshservice.

Customer details will get saved automatically into your Freshservice account. You will be able to view the customer data in the Freshservice dashboard, under the Tickets section. You can view the chat transcripts under the Tickets section.
