General Settings- Conversion

Here we can access the conversion rate for the visitors we have, that were successfully converted to potential leads. 

You will be able to track all the chats that led to a sale using the goals feature. You can set up any beneficial conditions you want to reach, e.g. a sale or sign up, and automatically tie them to chats.

Conversion will help you filter the most important information. You can add your own conversion where you can mention your target URL and set up period for it, and if it meets within that targeted period that would be counted as conversion.

 Here for example, the best way of tracking comparison will be drawing comparisons between the first step of signup to second step of signup to final stage of signup, probably the welcome page. That way we can track how many visitors were of first step, how many proceeded to second step and how many successfully completed Signup.
