Here you can explore how the Live Chat widget behaves and also change the Backend & Frontend language settings. The language will determine the text on the user dashboard and the widget, respectively.

Backend Language: This will change the language of the user dashboard.

Frontend Language: This will change the language of the Live Chat Widget.

For the Backend and Frontend settings we support the following languages: Arabic, English, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Javanese, Korean, Mongolian, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese. We are continually adding more language support. If you don't see a particular language, email support@acquire.io and we can help explore including new languages as needed.

Web Spell Checker: Enabling this allows you to check-in realtime within a Live Chat; it will correct any spelling and common grammatical errors.

For the web spell checker, the following languages are supported: English, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, and Italian.
