General Settings- Operating Hours
Operating hours settings determine when the Live Chat widget is displayed. The widget will not be displayed outside of operating hours, even if an agent is online. You can customize your hours by setting your timezone which will affect all time depenedent features. Finally, you can turn off the Chat on particular Holidays that you can set.
To set up the operating hours, toggle the switch ‘on’ beside the “Operating Hours” section at the right corner of the screen. Then, move to individual days and toggle them on for working days and, off for days that you would like the Live chat widget to disappear Adjust timing by selecting the appropriate time slot with the drop-down list.
In the case of any holidays, you can add them to the Special holidays tab by clicking the “+” icon highlighted in black and adjusting the date in the pop-up calendar.
