General Settings- Operating Hours

The hours set will determine when the widget is displayed. Widget will not be displayed outside of operating hours, even if an agent is online. Also, you have access to Timezone, where you can set up your working time zone according to your local time.

To setup the operating hours, toggle the switch ‘on’ beside the “Operating Hours”in at the right corner of the screen. Then, move to the days and toggle them on for working and off for a day closed.Also you could drag the pointers to adjust the timings.

In case of any special holidays or local holidays, you can add it to the Special holidays by simply clicking on “+” icon highlighted in black and just adjust the date on popped up calendar.
