General Settings - Quick Links

Quick links are shortcuts to navigate the visitor to particular pages that you specify. They can be accessed by going to Settings>>General Settings>>Quick Links. Each quick link is a string that you add to the default portal URL to navigate to a specific page. Quick links are represented by a title that describes the page in question.

You will have to create your desired Quick link by adding its URL and giving it a unique title to navigate the visitor to that page from the chat window.

Here you can see, the user navigates the visitor to google’s home page using the quick link “Google”.
