Profiles refer to visitor profiles and are where all previous conversations are held. As an admin, filter, and export conversations based on several factors. Save filters to create dynamic campaigns with segmented profiles.
Here you can manage and install our sales, support, and third-party bots. This also houses your Knowledge Base section where you can create, update, and import articles and customize your how this section looks.
All your Analytics on overall chat statistics, user performance, and more are here. You can use the top menu to specify a date range and the analytics subcategory to export.
Triggers allow you to use logic and set rules to create dynamic campaigns in mobile, web, or email. e.g., Visitors that visit a specified page are sent a Live Chat notification that asks them if they want to see a demo.
