Installing Support Bot

A chatbot is a computer program that simulates human conversation through text chats. Chatbot, short for chat robot, is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature that can be embedded and used through any major messaging applications, our Acquire Chatbot does that and more.

The Acquire Chatbot is programmed to work independently from a human operator. It can answer questions formulated to it in natural language and respond like a real person.

To begin, click on the Chatbot tab on the left-hand side of your Acquire dashboard. If it is not already set up you will see the support bot in the list of bots. 

Click Install to get the Acquire Support Chatbot to proceed further. 

Clicking “Install”  will allow a new dialog box to appear on the same page asking you to click Install.

After clicking install, click "proceed".

Next, you will need to Teach your Bot answers to 'Real World Questions. ' These will be specific to your use case and how in-depth you would like the bot to respond.

There are default phrases for greetings and other fundamental questions. You can also make your own phrases, and the Bot will reply to these queries for you. When you are finished with this step, click "Proceed."

Add Triggers, and you will compete this installation process. You have completed most of the process, let's finalize it by putting a 'Trigger' in it. You can apply the default sample trigger or make a trigger later on.

And finally, once you click "Finish", the bot is now installed and can be seen in the Chatbot section with your questions and answers.
