Each agent/operator has a single profile that controls which data and features that the agent/operator has access to. A profile is a collection of settings and permissions. Profile settings determine which data the operator can see, and permissions determine what the user can do with that data.
This feature enables an agent/operator to view only those users chat with whom he has initiated the chat in the profile section.
This is very useful when you want to keep the leads separately agent/operator wise, to evaluate their performance.
