Profiles- Setting / View / Delete

Settings

For profile settings, navigate to Profile > Settings.

From settings you can manage Filters, History and many more.

1. Manage Filters 

Filter Settings will help you for managing your leads under different filter,  furthermore it will help you to Edit or Delete the filters saved.

2. Email Settings 

 Sender Email Settings will help you for sending email using different sender and reply to those email senders

You can also add details from the ‘New Sender’ button. Here also you will get an option to Edit or Delete any of the sender if you don't wish to send emails from that Email ID. Also, you have the option to Enable/Disable sender name.

3. Template Settings 

Template Settings will help you for sending email, notes, In-app messages using different template.

From new template you can select an option from which communication you want to send a mail, and need to fill the template & save it.


Also, you have the option to Enable/Disable the templates as per your requirement.

4. Manage History 

Export history will help you for get history of exported profiles. Manage history will help you out to download the profiles, conversation which can be exported from the Profile > Export section.

View : 

View tab will help you to filter only the attributes you want to see on the Profile home page. You can filter out only the Attributes you require as shown in below image.

Delete :

Delete button will be helpful if you want to delete the Transcript from the Profile section. You need to select the Profile/Leads you want to delete.

On clicking on Delete you will get an confirmation pop-up with warning details. & once you will click on yes, Chat will be deleted from the database.
