Save Leads to Profiles

Live Chats are useful for Support Departments, but they can also be a powerful tool for Sales teams. Acquire helps your organization connect Leads to your Profiles for further integrations. 

Once you have successfully converted a visitor to a potential lead, you can save the lead. This can be done either during the chat or from the backend dashboard.

There are two ways to save a lead into Profiles, either from the back end or during a Live chat session. 

1.Saving a lead into Profiles from the Backend:

To Save a Lead from the Backend Dashboard, you will need to navigate to the “Profiles” section on the tab and click on the “Add Customer” button on the top right side of the screen. Next, click the “Add Profile” icon.


Once you have filled all necessary details, click “Submit” to save the Lead to Profiles.

2.Saving a lead into Profiles during a Live Chat Session:

To add a lead during a Live Chat, you will need scroll to the left side of the chat window and fill up the information of the user in the details column and click “Save to Profiles.”

Once you save the lead collected during the Live chat, it will appear under the “Profiles” tab.
