Here you can create a detailed flow of the chat that will be useful for your Sales Bot to interact with visitors. Using these leads, the Bot will be able to ask a few questions to visitors and strategically load their attributes. Once the attributes are captured, we can apply action logic that follows the initial chat.
Once you click on a new lead, a lead will be generated. You may then create the chat flow for that lead. You can put sequences(questions) that the Sales Bot will be asking visitors to provide accurate responses. You can also add visitors attributes and Bot responses accordingly along with Bubble responses.
After setting this sequence, you can also apply post-chat action accordingly.
Once you are satisfied with the flow, you can publish that lead so that Bot can use its sequences to engage visitors.
