Clearbit and Triggers

Using Acquire's integration with Clearbit, you can create customized messages with Mobile Web and Email Triggers.

To begin, create a trigger as you normally would. Select the triggers tab on the left-hand menu. and click the"Create a trigger" button.

With the Clearbit App in Acquire, you have access to two additional Audience Triggers: 1. Employee Range 2. Industry Group. You can use this to target employee size and type of industry respectively. 


In the trigger make sure to add a title. Here you can see we added, "Acquire test". Make sure you target the intended audience, here you can see we are targetting all users that are on Acquire.io. Additionally, with the Clearbit integration, you are given access to a list of variables that you can use in the auto message section of triggers. 

They include:

{company_name}
{company_logo}
{company_phone}
{company_domain}
{company_employeesRange}
{company_marketCap}
{company_industryGroup}



Here you can see we selected {company_name}  in the auto message area. We also made sure to include an alternative clause in the case the company name does not match Clearbit's database or is not listed. this represented by the | there} clause in the company name area. I.E. 

If the company name is not available the message will say:

Hi there, Have a look around! Let us know if you have any questions.

If the company name is available the message will say:

Hi Acquire.io, Have a look around! Let us know if you have any questions.
