Clearbit and Live Chats

Clearbit's integration with Acquire allows you to see detailed visitor company data. Clearbit works by matching a visitor's IP address with their existing database.

In the Acquire home page, you can instantly view the Logo and name of the company by Hovering over their profile in the User ID tab.

Opening a Live Chat will allow you to see even more detailed company information.  Here you can view their domain name, sector, industry group, SIC code, NAICS Code, Alexa US Rank, Alex Global Rank, number of employees, employee range, company description, company location, and even their phone number if it's available.

Finally, you can create customized messaging based on the company data that you're given. Here you can see we wrote "Hey, I noticed you were from Acquire, what brings you here today? These types of customized messages will help increase your leads and conversions. We're excited to see how you use Clearbit with your Live Chats.
