Using Google Analytics

Acquire and Google Analytics integration is based on GA Events. When a visitor performs an action related to an interaction with Acquire Chat, the data is pushed to your Google Analytics account via the Analytics JavaScript.

Events are user interactions with content that can be measured independently from a web page or a screen load. Downloads, mobile ad clicks, gadgets, Flash elements, AJAX embedded elements, and video plays are all examples of actions you might want to measure as Events.

Events are being passed with Category, Action, and Label attribute – each corresponding to the different information. This integration can collect the following information:

3.click_start_new_chat (Click to start new chat)

4.back_to_list (Back to chat thread)
