Video Call & Co Browse Recording

Video Call Recording

Agent can have recording of Video call with customer from Acquire platform. Acquire saves all the video calls which has taken place between Agent and a customer for future reference. You can find the video in the Profile section in Chat history of that particular customer. 

In chat, you will find a Recording section where there will be details of video call with whom video call was conducted and when.

Here, agent will be having 2 options. All the videos will be saved in the Cloud. Agent can download the video any time they want with the small button on the top right side.

If agent does not want to download the video, they can play the video on the screen on clicking on Play button on the top left of the screen. And video will get started on the page itself.

Co-browse recording :

Acquire saves all the Co-browse session which has taken place between Agent and a customer for future reference. You can find the co-browse session from the Profile section in Chat history of that particular customer with the details when co-browse session was held.

Here, agent will have 2 option to see co-browse session in New tab or on the same screen.
